• Initial Onboarding Consultation: Once booked, we’ll host a thorough onboarding meeting to review your vision, help refine a realistic working budget, and offer trusted vendor referrals where needed.
• Ongoing Guidance: We remain available throughout your planning journey for quick questions, vendor referrals, and professional input as decisions arise.
• The Transition Window (60–90 days before your event): This is when we step in fully to take the reins. We:
  
• Conduct a venue walk through and establish a working floor plan
• Create a fully customized timeline for your wedding weekend
• Review all contracts to confirm logistical accuracy and fine-print compliance
• Connect with your vendor team to confirm responsibilities, deliveries, and expectations
• Tie up all loose ends so you can fully shift into celebration mode
  
• Rehearsal & Wedding Day Management:
  We lead your ceremony rehearsal and are present for up to 12 hours on your wedding day, accompanied by at least one lead assistant. From vendor coordination to timeline execution, our team ensures your day unfolds smoothly, beautifully, and without stress.
